Cat Chu mango is a specialty of Dong Thap province. Currently, Cat Chu mango is also grown in Tien Giang, Vinh Long, Can Tho and the Southeast provinces. Cat Chu mango when ripe will have a light yellow color. The mango fruit is small, round at the top, slightly elongated, thick pulp, rather small seeds, low fibrous mango, when ripe mango has a characteristic aroma, sweet but not harsh.
